The Brain Gut Connection

The brain-gut connection is real.  You can read this Johns Hopkins article: The Brain-Gut Connection | Johns Hopkins Medicine
If the gut is not functioning properly, the brain suffers. Begin by healing your gut and rebuilding your gut microbiome.
Gut Health also affects your immune system and inflammation throughout your body.
Do your due diligence to avoid food additives, colorings, sugars, aspartame, etc. Everything you eat, drink, will either help or damage the 30 thousand billion billion chemical reactions that happen in your body.
Also incorporate a powerful digestive blend formula to help take pressure off of the body. If your body focuses too much on digestion, your enzymes will take a hit.
We have the most powerful, complete whole food, plant based digestive enzymes with stabilized probiotics. Check them out and order to improve your digestion and gut health: https://www.chiropractorfreehold.com/services/supplements/

Artificial sweeteners…. avoid them at all costs to help the brain gut connection!
They are in almost every diet drink, protein shakes and products labeled no sugar or sugar free.  They destroy gut health and lead to many other side effects like the lines listed in the picture to the left.

Food coloring can also affect the brain gut connection.
If Red dye #40 kills a plant, what do you think it’s doing to our cells?
Below is a picture of a simple experiment of how different food coloring changes the color of the celery plant.
Well, take notice of the red dye #40…it KILLED the celery plant in just a day! Red dye #40 is in a lot of candy and processed foods, Gatorade, etc.  and it’s not like the other two are without effect, trust me. Just removing foods with artificial colorings/dyes could substantially change your child behavior, mood, hyperactivity, etc.
You would be amazed at how a child’s behavior can change just from cleaning up their diet.
If the government actually cared about your health they would make most of the things that you eat illegal.

Taking simple steps to improve your gut health can have major impacts on your overall health.  Avoiding dangerous artificial sweeteners, food colorings, antibiotics, caffeine and food additives while taking a whole food, plant based digestive enzymes, Lion’s Mane, CBD Fluid and water can all benefit the brain gut connection.
