I was doing one of my daily reads in the internet and found a great article and podcast that St. George Chiropractor, Dr. Todd Lloyd shares on his blog. It’s always great to see chiropractors who are sharing health and wellness information that the public needs to be educated on.
I test all of my patients for adrenal fatigue as it’s more common than most medical doctors suggest. In my office I am finding it in over 70% of the population. You can read it to find out what you are doing to your body by drinking that coffee, eating cakes, cookies, pastas, rices and so much more. Not only is it causing adrenal dysfunction, but the caffeine is also leading to dehydration of the body which can lead to many more health problems.
