Simple Stretch to Help Neck Pain and Pinched Nerve

Many people suffer with neck pain and pinched nerve.  There are multiple nerves that originate in the neck and travel down into the arm and hand.   The nerve can become entrapped at any level from the neck, shoulder, elbow or wrist.  This condition is called cervical radiculopathy, affecting either the ulnar, radial or median nerves. There is a simple type of stretching that can help release the entrapped nerve.

Our top rated chiropractor in Freehold NJ put this short video together to demonstrate how to do cervical flossing:

Try these simple neck stretches out and see if they help with your neck pain and pinched nerve.  I recommend doing them at least one time per day.  The more consistent you are doing them, the better the results.
