Healthy Aging

We cannot stop getting older but we can definitely do things to promote healthy aging.

It’s up to you to make the changes and I am here to guide you.  Change needs to happen for improvement to follow. There is no other alternative to healing.

If you do not change, then the only other option then becomes drugs and surgeries to mask the symptoms and patch up the damage.

I’ve been in practice over 28 years and I have patients all the time tell me since getting adjusted that they get sick less and feel healthier.  Many come in for back and neck pain but after a short period under chiropractic care they report they notice other health conditions improving.

Regular, consistent chiropractic care improves FUNCTION of the ENTIRE body which includes immune function! That’s WHY people see a chiropractor regularly. It’s NOT about how you FEEL (that’s western medicine) it’s about how you FUNCTION!

Before starting to get adjusted at 24 years old, I suffered with bronchitis all the time, several times each year. I started getting adjusted while at chiropractic college and ever since for the last 28 years and have only had one bout with bronchitis. I have seen it first hand myself and with 28 years of clinical experience.

Getting adjusted to improve function can promote healthy aging.
