drinking more water!
Dehydration is an important topic when it concerns aging. Water is a vital part of health and life. I discuss with patients all the time the importance of drinking water, being hydrated and things you consume often that dehydrate. Most people DO NOT drink enough water. You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water. On top of that most people drink coffee and other caffeinated drinks that dehydrate the body. Some studies show that just one cup of coffee pulls out 4 to 8 glasses of water from the body.
