Dr. Russell Brokstein is a very talented and experienced chiropractor. He helped me overcome my daily headaches, tension and occasional migraines. I used to suffer from headaches and migraines that came on suddenly and lasted somewhere between 20 minutes to 2 hours! They made me so tired, irritable and unable to fall asleep at night. Traditional pain-killers provided short-term relief but the problem persisted!! When I told Dr. Russell about my headaches, he asked me several unexpected to me questions, e.g., about the food I consume immediately prior to the onset of headaches, the amount of coffee I drink and outside stressors (I never thought that food can cause headaches!) After he listened to me, he recommended several procedures, including adjusting my neck. The headache was gone 5 minutes after the treatment!!! It was almost too good to believe!! I have been headache-free since the treatment and follow Dr. Russell's advice on nutrition and caffeine-intake. I went to Dr. Brokstein in pain in my knee. I was worried that surgery was going to be my only option but I was open to chiropractic care as I had been to a different chiropractor many years prior due to a car accident. I am fully recovered from the knee injury in only a short time and without pain. I have full range of my knee thanks to Dr. Brokstein's care. I have been to other chiropractors in the past and his caring manner and knowledge surpasses others greatly. I cannot thank him enough for getting my knee back to normal. I do continue to see Dr. Brokstein as I do suffer from Fibromyalgia and he has helped greatly with that pain and flare ups. I highly recommend him as an option to avoid other unnecessary medical procedures like surgery.

Dr. Russell Brokstein is the kind of physician that always meets the needs of the patient by being kind and caring and putting the patient first. Under Dr. Brokstein’s care I was able to find relief from my persistent sciatica and he also provided re-habilitation and informative exercises to relieve the daily stress of carpel tunnel syndrome. Dr. Brokstein provided not only physical care but nutritional advice as well. His weight loss programs have been extremely beneficial. Amazing chiropractor!!! I've been a patient of Dr. Russell's for the past 2 years. He is always prompt and on time. I've never had to wait. He takes his time with each of his patients and addresses all concerns. I suffered from migraines and since I have been under his care I no longer need my Excedrin :)

I have been seeing Dr. Brokstein for chiropractic help since 2006 mainly for continued spinal maintenance and overall health. I continue to see Dr. Brokstein because he is very skilled in making sure that I am feeling well and adjusted after an appointment. It has been a long and winding road that has led me to Dr. Brokstein.....and extremely bumpy one for that matter. About 2 weeks ago I experienced the worst pain in my life. It was in my lower back. I knew that going to a regular doctor won't treat the cause of my problem, only would mask the symptoms so I decided to go to a chiropractor. My condition was so bad that I could hardly stand up, every movement was causing me sharp pain and weakness in back and legs. I found doctor Brokstein and was very pleasantly surprised how friendly and nice he was. I have been to a lot of doctors in my life and never had anyone be so understanding and caring for the patient. It was determined I had an inflamed or possibly bulged disc which is a serious condition and normally requires months of treatment. I also had sciatica and muscle imbalance. The doctor did an adjustment to my back and offered me a very affordable payment plan since I'm uninsured. I went for few more adjustments the next 2 weeks and now my discs are completely healed. I'm able to go back to work and do my every day activities without pain. For the last 2 weeks I haven't taken any pain relievers or muscle relaxants. Overall, this has been a very pleasant experience. The doctor is not only very skillful and knowledgable, but a nice and easy-going person who truly cares for his patients. He also gave me a lot of advice on how to stay healthy in the future.

I have visited almost 10 chiropractors since I was a kid. Dr. Brokstein is by far the best I've seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and is focused on getting to the root of the problem, and not just treating the symptoms. Also, he does a great job of explaining why the pain exists in the first place and makes great recommendations on how to prevent the problems in the future. On several occasions, he has seen me on very short notice and has been more than accommodating.
